Marc has been with Audatex for almost 4 years and takes a very hands-on approach at Audatex as the UK FP&A Director.
In his current role, Marc is focused on delivering innovative solutions to optimise performance and drive business efficiency across all Solera UK entities. Marc holds responsibility for budgeting and the 3-year plan across the core business as well as providing strategic decision support for the Senior Management Team.

Chris joined CAP Automotive in March 2012. He undertook a number of sales leadership roles within the organisation prior to its acquisition by Solera. His initial mission was to restructure the Key Account Management side of the organisation – the team has exceeded each of their annual targets since Chris joined the business.
Subsequently he became the Sales Director for the cap hpi business unit – combining and refining the structure and delivering double digit growth since running as a combined business unit.
In 2016, Chris volunteered to take on the position of Acting Managing Director, managing all of the Solera brands in the UK – cap hpi, Audatex, Autodata and Hollander), leading the organisation through a sustained period of successful growth both in the UK and into Continental Europe. Chris was appointed permanent Managing Director in 2017.
Today, he is VP Sales for Northern Europe, he leads the cap hpi, Audatex, Autodata and Hollander brands, incorporating operations across Europe, South Africa and Australia.
Chris has over 20 years of sales leadership experience including managing change programmes in three merger and acquisitions. The majority of Chris’s career has been immersed in automotive businesses – with key brands including Michelin Tyres, RAC and Eurotaxglass.
Annette brings with her over 25 years of experience in B2B marketing and has an extensive international background in the technology sector delivering multiple, integrated programmes including demand generation, digital marketing, multimedia and customer-focused events.
Annette’s mission at Audatex is to support the commercial team to achieve our 2020 mission and ensure we are delivering on our promise to, Do it right. Do it better. Do it different.
Nicola’s role as Operations Director is certainly varied. On a daily basis Nicola has a hand in virtually every aspect of business here at Audatex. Nicola’s teams are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure we provide essential, efficient support.
Nicola holds over 15 years’ experience at Audatex, joining the team in February 2002 as a Service Desk Manager. Nicola’s wealth of knowledge and experience means she has grown as to be an invaluable member of the Audatex team.
