Audatex Partners with RSA Insurance Group to Deliver Digital Pet Claims Solution

Online Claims System Streamlines the Pet Insurance Process

Audatex, has partnered with RSA Insurance Group, (providers of award-winning insurance products and services) to develop the UK’s first online claims system for pet insurance, reducing customer journey time for repeat medication and ongoing treatments to a matter of only minutes. This makes it quicker and easier for customers and vets, reduces expense and our carbon footprint.

Audatex’s Pet Automated Workflow System (PAWS) deployed by RSA is augmented by Audatex’s powerful new scoring engine, designed to utilise and implement insurers’ own configurable business logic to help manage workflow and workload better.

The platform, which is currently handling over 400 claims a week, allows customers to self-authenticate and submit claims to be paid directly for their pet’s medication in a matter of minutes, rather than days or weeks. It also allows them to track the progress of their claim in real time, so no need for them to call us for an update.
