Innovation & Insight

  • Solera Analytics was introduced and included within Software Solutions fees, giving repairers access to bespoke management information and business insights without additional cost
  • Sustainable Estimatics capability launched through partnerships with AkzoNobel and PPG, enabling customers to measure and manage the carbon footprint of vehicle repairs

Service & Support

  • Dedicated Account Manager assigned to every repairer, following expansion and restructuring of the Crash Repair team
  • Webchat introduced via the Solera Portal, improving accessibility and speed of support

Connectivity & Ecosystem

  • 17 new parts suppliers added into the Audatex ecosystem
  • Includes Eurorepar, following a strategic partnership with Stellantis

Core Data & Platform Evolution

  • 175 new vehicle models developed
  • 209 existing model updates released
