INSHUR adopts Solera Audatex platform to manage vehicle claims

Enhancing the digital claims journey from quote to estimate, delivering a simple, fast, and seamless experience

Leeds, UK, April 26, 2022 – Audatex, a Solera company, today announced that INSHUR, a leading global InsurTech firm in the embedded insurance space, has adopted Audatex estimating platform – AudaEnterpriseGold (“AEG”) – to manage all of their vehicle claims.

INSHUR provides insurance protection for private hire drivers, courier and food delivery vehicles. As a 100% digital provider, it was critical for INSHUR to ensure any new technology complemented their approach to insurance, to harness rich data to deliver a simple, fast and seamless experience for the customer.

The adoption of AEG will allow INSHUR to provide a fast, efficient and standardised claims journey to the delivery and rideshare industries. With AEG’s industry-leading data covering 99% of the UK vehicle parc, INSHUR will have unmatched coverage of vehicles utilised by their policyholders, allowing INSHUR to succeed in its mission to make insurance transparent, fair and easy.

“Working with the INSHUR team and bringing them on board with Solera proved to be a great experience. We have worked closely to create a smooth and efficient digital claims journey for their customers and suppliers by utilising Solera’s UK entities of Audatex and Cap HPI. I look forward to working closely with INSHUR in the future and watching their expansion in the UK market,” commented Dominic Czechak, National Account Manager, Solera.
