Steve Warwick – Business Development Manager

Steve Warwick has been with Solera Audatex since 2008, progressing from a trainer to Account Manager, and now Business Development Manager. He supports over 2,800 customers across North Wales, Ireland, Scotland, and areas north of Stoke-on-Trent.

Steve specialises in modern vehicle assessment and repair methods, helping customers optimise performance and improve efficiency. His background includes technical and managerial roles with leading OEMs such as Ford and the Volkswagen Group, as well as experience in the insurance sector.

Steve’s favourite part of the role is building long-term customer relationships. Outside work, he enjoys cycling and following MotoGP.

Tim Davis – Crash Repair Team

Tim Davis brings over 35 years of crash repair and insurance experience. Before joining Solera Audatex three years ago, he spent 24 years in his family-run bodyshop and 11 years as an engineers manager at Admiral Insurance.

Tim has worked across all aspects of vehicle repair and now supports bodyshops with practical, operational advice. Known for his straight-talking, customer-first approach, he helps repairers unlock value through Solera Audatex solutions.

A classic car enthusiast, Tim also enjoys motorcycling. He’s proud that his daughter, Liv, is training as a Vehicle Damage Assessor — continuing the family’s connection to the industry.

Joe Baynham – Crash Repair Team

Joe Baynham supports customers across the South East and East Anglia. He brings deep technical knowledge and a hands-on understanding of crash repair operations.

Joe works closely with repairers to provide tailored guidance, training, and technical support, helping them get the most from Solera Audatex systems. His proactive, “can-do” attitude ensures repairers receive the right support, right when they need it.

With a focus on practical solutions and continuous improvement, Joe is a trusted partner to the customers in his region.
