Solera’s Global Data Team are continuously adding new and updated data to Audatex Industry leading vehicle data base. The addition of Tesla increases the coverage of AudaVIN+ to 86% of the UK car parc, supporting greater estimate accuracy and reducing repair cycle times.
Tesla is quickly growing is its market share in the UK. In March OEM was named as the fastest growing brand in the auto industry (up 65%) in the latest report by Brand Finance, and throughout lock-down, the Tesla Model 3 was named the best-selling car in the UK through April and May by the SMMT.
Audatex first launched Tesla in 2015 into Audaenterprisegold with the Model S, this was followed a year later in 2016 with the Model X. The Model 3 was then added in 2019. Audatex has been working closely with Tesla over this time to make each of the models available within AudaVIN+ to help the estimator improve accuracy and save time in model selection.
