SOLERA AUDATEX ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL DATES FOR FREE ONLINE PRODUCT OVERVIEW PROGRAMME HELPING ITS USERS AS THE COUNTRY BECOMES MOBILE ONCE AGAIN

Following the success of the first product overview sessions in May, the Audatex Team are hosting another week of product support sessions in June, to help its customers on the path to recovery.

Audatex are offering a series of free online sessions for all users of Bodyshop Image Capture, AudaIntel and AudaProfile.

Audatex Bodyshop Image Capture is available to all customers completely free of charge until September 30th 2020. AudaIntel and AudaProfile are also available to all users, included as part of the Audatex subscription.

Each session will last no longer than 30 minutes and will touch on the core solution functionality and give some practical hints and tips from our Account Management Team, on how to make sure users are utilising the Audatex solutions suite to its full potential.

The 3 live webinar sessions will take place on the following dates:

9th June 10.30am: Bodyshop Image Capture – Now available to all customers, free of charge until the end of September 2020. The product overview session will take users through the benefits of Bodyshop Image Capture and how it supports social distancing measures, as well as how to log-in, send an image request and access received customer images. The session will be introduced by Tom Hadfield, Implementation Manager and hosted by Steven Hames, Account Manager, Audatex UK

10th June 10.30am: AudaIntel – This session will focus on AudaIntel, an easy to use business intelligence tool. It will show users how to access and understand the available reports, which could help identify areas for operational improvement and assess training needs within the business. The session will be introduced by Tom Hadfield, Implementation Manager and hosted by Martyn Rowley, Account Manager, Audatex UK

11th June 10.30am: AudaProfile – The final webinar session will show users how to set up Profiles and apply these across your Audaenterprisegold team of users, to deliver time-savings, capture contractual allowances, and ensure consistency across VDA teams. The session will be introduced by Tom Hadfield, Implementation Manager and hosted by Steven Hames, Account Manager, Audatex UK
