12/05/2020, Bracknell – Audatex, part of Solera Holdings, Inc., a global leader in risk and asset management data and software solutions for the insurance and automotive industries, today launches its online product overview training series for all repairer users.
To support its customers on the path to recovery, Audatex are offering a series of free online sessions for all users of Bodyshop Image Capture, AudaProfile and AudaIntel.
Each 30-minute session will touch on the core solution functionality and give practical hints and tips from our Account Management Team to ensure users are utilising the Audatex solutions suite to its full potential.
3 live webinar sessions will take place on the following dates:
14th May 10am: Bodyshop Image Capture – Now available to all customers, free of charge from May – the end of September 2020. The product overview session will take users through the benefits of Bodyshop Image Capture and how it supports social distancing measures, as well as how to log-in, send an image request and access received customer images. 19th May 11am: AudaProfile – The webinar session will show users how to set up Profiles and apply these across your Audaenterprisegold team of users, to deliver time-savings, capture contractual allowances, and ensure consistency across VDA teams. Register now.
21st May 11am: AudaIntel – The final session will focus on AudaIntel, an easy to use business intelligence tool. Showing users how to access and understand the available reports, which could help identify areas for operational improvement and assess training needs within the business. Register now
