Tom Hadfield brings a wealth of experience in the accident repair sector, bolstering the Plan Manager Implementation Team
Solera Audatex, global provider of market-leading solutions for bodyshops, service providers and insurers has today announced the appointment of Tom Hadfield as Implementation Manager for the innovative end-to-end bodyshop management system (BMS), PlanManager.
At Solera Audatex, Tom will be focusing on user training, providing documentation and consultative support to ensure that each user can extract the maximum value possible from PlanManager. This will involve documenting best practice PlanManager integration processes, developing user content (including e-learning videos, process maps, and user guides) to ensure rapid adoption of PlanManager in the UK and to assist roll-out across EMEA.
Tom will be working closely with Audatex’s development team, to create a series of future innovations for the platform, as well as working with the BMS Sales Team and Marketing Team to communicate the PlanManager value proposition. Joining Audatex’s purpose built BMS Implementation Team, Tom will support our customers to utilise PlanManager’s features as effectively as possible.
Tom brings 20 years of experience in the accident repair sector to Solera Audatex. He has a proven track record of growing B2B brands to a position of market leadership, building sales momentum, new product development and generating customer advocacy. Most recently, Tom was Head of Sales and Marketing at multi-award winning, market-leading car leasing business, Circle Leasing, and previously he was Head of UK Marketing at global franchise bodyshop network, Fix Auto.
Commenting on his appointment, Tom said: “I have been extremely impressed by the enthusiasm that I have seen towards PlanManager here in the UK, having heard first-hand from many bodyshops how excited they are about the platform’s features and the direct impact it has on the efficiency of their operations. My recent experience has given me a unique perspective on the rapidly changing nature of our market, and the appetite of bodyshops to meet these challenges by innovating and offering a great customer journey, whilst identifying ways to improve their profitability. I am looking forward to leveraging that view of the market to drive the roll-out of PlanManager in the UK.”
David Shepherd, Audatex’s Regional Managing Director, EMEA 1, commented: “Tom’s unique experience in sales, marketing, training and his knowledge of this industry is just what we need here at Solera Audatex. We are delighted to have him join us as Implementation Manager to help our customers maximise the value proposition of PlanManager.”
