System out of memory error

Dear Customer,   

We are aware that some users of AudaEnterpriseGold are currently experiencing a “system out of memory” error. We want to clarify that this issue affects only those who have Download on Demand (DOD) enabled.  

To typically resolve this issue, DOD will need to be switched off. Once this setting is disabled, the error pop-up should no longer appear. 

Please note that once DOD is turned off, All Users within your company will be required to perform Manual Data Updates with each new release.

If you would like us to disable “Download On Demand” for your account, please email support and CC your Account Manager to confirm your consent. Once this has been completed, we will ensure your email address is added to the mailing list so that you receive notifications for all future data updates.
