TOYOTA GB (PLC) PROMOTE THE USE OF AUDATEX BODYSHOP IMAGE CAPTURE TO SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THE APPROVED TOYOTA AND LEXUS NETWORKS BY COVERING TRANSACTION FEES ON THEIR BRAND VEHICLES UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2020

Audatex and Toyota GB (PLC) are supporting safe, socially responsible working practices in the ‘new normal’ via Audatex Bodyshop Image Capture

Solera Audatex, part of Solera Holdings, Inc., a global leader in risk and asset management data and software solutions for the insurance and automotive industries, today announces Toyota GB (PLC) are promoting the use of Audatex’s Bodyshop Image Capture to to their approved networks, and will be supporting their customers by covering transactional costs for all Toyota and Lexus vehicles from October 1st – 31st December 2020. Following the current free of charge period available to all Audatex repairer customers until 1st October.

Audatex Bodyshop Image Capture allows users to interact with customers, in a digital first, contact-less way. With Image Capture the user can send customers a SMS request for images of their vehicle’s condition, via their smartphone. Customers are guided by 7 step process to obtain images of the vehicle condition and damage, with no download required.

This gives the Bodyshop an insight into the vehicles condition to make informed decisions on the next best action and begin triage.
