After an 11th consecutive win for ‘Estimating System of the Year’ at the Night of Knights awards in November, last Friday we were also awarded ‘Outsourced Partner of the Year’ at the prestigious Insurance Post Digital and InsurTech Awards.
Now in their sixth year, the awards are held in the Banking Hall in London, welcoming professionals from across the insurance sector to celebrate the latest innovations that have been driving the industry forward over the past twelve months. As insurers develop new ways to harness technology and create innovative processes, these awards recognise businesses that are demonstrating excellence in a particular area of insurance technology innovation.
This particular award win recognises our work and partnership with LV= Insurance, who has successfully implemented our Quantex solution to drive efficiency, accuracy and visibility throughout its claims process.
The motor claims subrogation process has historically forced insurers to recover outlay from the “at-fault party” through a paper-based manual process; an experience for all stakeholders that is fraught with friction around communications, accountability, tracking and approvals. Having already successfully automated via our CHOX process, LV= sought support to transform their dysfunctional subrogation process common to all motor insurance organisations.
Our Quantex subrogation platform automates LV=’s entire process and seeks to ameliorate the experience for all stakeholders. Open communication, visibility and access to existing workflows and technology, mean that we have been able to deliver a future looking digital platform based on microservices that will support subrogation across multiple sectors with more partners.
These prestigious awards are highly recognised across the insurance sector, and to receive this accolade is a testament to all of the hard work and achievements of the Audatex team over the last year.
