Progress, Partnerships & Possibilities: What’s Ahead for Solera Audatex in FY26

As the new financial year begins, it’s the ideal moment to reflect on our recent achievements and share where we’re heading next. At Solera Audatex, we’re committed to delivering the tools, data, and insight that help our customers stay ahead in an ever-evolving automotive and claims landscape.

Thanks to your continued trust and collaboration, we’ve made meaningful progress—and FY26 promises even more.

Key Achievements: Building Momentum

A Stronger Repairer Network

In 2024, we proudly welcomed 278 new repairers, including 35 sub-sites and 187 new logos, into the Audatex network—strengthening our reach and reinforcing our service capabilities across the UK.

Personalised Support with a New Team Structure

To improve your service experience, our Crash Repair Team underwent a restructure. Every repairer now has a dedicated Account Manager, and we’re pleased to welcome Joe Baynham to the team to support this initiative.

Smarter Claims with Intelligent Triage

In partnership with The AA, we launched Intelligent Triage within their eNOL app. This innovation helps streamline claims from the very first touchpoint—enhancing efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.

Always-Up-to-Date Vehicle Data

To support accurate and timely repairs, we added 57 new vehicle models and delivered 285 updates across our platforms, ensuring you have the data you need when you need it.

Advancing Sustainability and Efficiency

With 17 new parts suppliers integrated into our systems, our Mercado and Green Parts programmes are driving smarter sourcing and reducing environmental impact across the industry.

Sustainable Estimatics Milestone

We reached an important milestone with the onboarding of our first insurer to the Sustainable Estimatics programme—supporting greener decisions within the claims journey.

Powering Insights with Solera Analytics

We successfully launched Solera Analytics in the UK, helping insurers and repairers unlock actionable insights from their data to improve operational performance.

Faster Support Through Web Chat

To better support you, our Service Desk Portal now includes live web chat, enabling quicker and more convenient resolution of support queries.

Growth in Data Sales

We saw strong momentum with £1.7 million in new data sales, reflecting the growing demand for reliable, intelligent automotive solutions.

Strength in Numbers

  • 99.3% market coverage for passenger and LCV models up to 10 years old
  • 98.8% coverage of EVs, equating to over 700,000 vehicles
  • 1,400+ professionals trained, including 610 in-person and 850 online

These milestones show the scale of our impact—and the strength of our continued commitment to innovation, quality, and service.

What’s Coming in FY26

Expanding Solera Analytics

This year, Solera Analytics will grow even further, offering more detailed insights and features designed to help you make faster, smarter decisions across the claims and repair lifecycle.

Free Autodata Training for Bodyshops

Through Solera University, we’re offering 10 Autodata training courses completely free of charge. Tailored for bodyshops, these courses provide essential vehicle data and repair knowledge to empower your teams.

Scaling Up Training Support

To better serve your needs, we’re expanding our training team and resources, making it easier to access expert guidance and stay ahead of industry changes.

Driving More Sustainable Solutions

We’ll continue to grow our Sustainable Estimatics and Green Parts initiatives—helping you operate more efficiently while supporting a lower carbon footprint across the industry.

Looking Forward

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re even more excited about where we’re going. As always, our focus is on delivering more value through data, strengthening our partnerships, and supporting a more sustainable, tech-enabled future for the claims and repair industry.
