From First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to repair allocation, AudaTarget enables the claims handler to improve triage accuracy. Using AudaTarget’s image and damage capture capabilities, images of the vehicle’s damage can be collected onsite while accident damage and severity are recorded and analysed to provide a highly accurate repair estimate or total loss decision.
This ensures only repairable vehicles are brought into the repair network, whilst speeding up total loss settlement. AudaTarget’s configurable rules engine then supports the claims handler to ensure all repairable vehicles are allocated efficiently, reducing key-to-key times.
