Our development teams are diligently working on a resolution. This fix will be included in an upcoming product release, Qapter. Unfortunately, we cannot yet provide a specific date for this release.
We are pleased to be able to offer an automated workaround that carries out the same steps taken by our service desk team when accessing your device remotely to clear the temporary files and remove this error for a period of time. The file can be saved on your local device and reused whenever you receive the System.OutOfMemoryException error message.
The file can be downloaded below, and must be run as an administrator.
Please make a note of your company code and username before running the workaround file as you will need these to log back in.
