Audatex Training Certification Course

Course objectives

  • Gain or maintain Audatex Certification to demonstrate ability and level of competency as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
  • Achieve the necessary level of competency required to create a comprehensive, methods-driven assessment
  • Recognise the importance of carrying out safe and appropriate assessments using recognised repair methods
  • Understand latest AudaEnterpriseGold system enhancements, with the intention of refreshing existing skills and taking away a new, more efficient way of working

For those who have completed the AudaEnterpriseGold training and require Audatex Certification to be used as proof of competency in the use of AudaEnterpriseGold, as part of the BS10125 audit process.

Course format

During the session, the trainer will guide delegates through the course material. Including new modules on wheel alignment and the next generation of Solera | Audatex, with a mix of slides, videos, and discussion, there will be a walkthrough assessment completed, by the group where the trainer will be showing features within AudaEnterpriseGold & Qapter, with an open Q&A throughout.

On completion of the training session a multiple-choice test and a final assessment will be completed by the delegates. This assessment will then be marked by the trainer, and successful delegates will be provided with a certificate. If unsuccessful constructive feedback will be provided.

Certificates are now available via Solera University.

Who should attend?

This course is recommended for all Audatex users in order to keep abreast of system enhancements and re-cap on existing skills, in order to successfully qualify for an annual Audatex Certificate. Delegates who have successfully completed Audaenterprisegold introductory or Intermediate training.
