UK Support Now Available via Webchat!

We are thrilled to announce that the Audatex UK Service Desk has expanded its support channels to include webchat! This new feature is available alongside our existing telephone, email, and self-service portal options.

Real-Time Support at Your Fingertips

Customers can now speak directly with a support agent in real-time through our self-service portal. This enhancement allows for quicker and more convenient logging of support requests.

A Word from Our Service Desk Manager

Chris Holland, our Technical Support Manager, shared his enthusiasm about this new addition:

“Audatex has a busy service desk, receiving around 1,400 calls per month via phone and approximately 3,500 cases via email and Portal. Diversifying our support offerings is crucial to ensuring our customers can access the support they need through the most convenient channel.”

“Our webchat uses no robots! You will always be speaking to a human on the service desk, who will gather the necessary information and log a case for you.”

How to Access Webchat

To use the webchat feature, customers must be signed into the Solera Portal. If you don’t have an account, click here to request one.

If you’re signed into the Portal but don’t see the webchat icon in the bottom-right corner, click this link and our Service Desk team will ensure webchat is enabled on your account.
